In an age of despair, God wants His children to hold fast to a living hope. Our circumstances may be terrible, but our hope remains strong because Jesus is raised from the dead.

At the end of this devotional (shared with the Residents of McMinn Memorial Nursing Home in Etowah, TN on September 29, 2013) I briefly share the 1987 deathbed testimony of my Grandpa Payne when he and I sang “When We All Get to Heaven.”
