Today Vickie and I, with our small group, visited with our friends at Woods Nursing Home in Etowah, TN. We tried to encourage them with personal conversations, singing Christmas carols, praying with them, presenting them with small gifts, and sharing this Christmas devotional.

I thought that I was recording the devotional, but (typically for me!) did not get the recorder turned on properly. However, Vickie seemed to think that the devotional thoughts were worth podcasting. With her encouragement, I did my best to repeat the devotional for you here.
