Veritas Presentation 6–Secular Humanism (Podcast)

Secular Humanism is a popular religious worldview (especially among our cultural elite) that is a significant competitor to Christianity for the hearts and minds of people. In some ways, it is a stealth worldview. Many who have embraced it would not self-identify as Secular Humanists, but as Christian. Biblical Christians must develop the discernment necessary to recognize the distinctions between these two worldviews. If not, we may find it surprising to discover that we have slipped into Humanistic thinking without even realizing what was happening. In this podcast you will find contrasts between Christianity and Secular Humanism with respect to 13 specific issues.

This is the audio portion of a live Veritas Presentation shared with the A5B class at Sevier Heights Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN on March 19, 2017. While there is significant new information in this podcast, especially in the introduction, you can find the essence of the material on three separate YouTube videos:
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3

Also, for those who requested the charts, the essence of the charts can be found here.

For those who were present in our A5B class for the presentation, and who may wish to hear to the portion that was added after the class time had run out, you can begin listening at the 42:15 point.

This is one of a series of eight podcasts in the Veritas Series. I encourage you to listen to all eight.

Stay in the battle!
